I’ve been there too. The thing about transformations (and change) is that it occurs several times throughout our lives. When it comes to “Earth School,” change has been proven to be INEVITABLE.

In my experience, the sooner you learn to embrace change, instead of rejecting it, the better you get at adjusting to it. And you may even get to a point where you look forward to changing, knowing that whatever is taking place, will be for your highest good.

In case you have not been reminded of this today, please allow me to share this TRUTH: YOU ARE WHOLE, you have everything in you to connect to peace, and align with your SOUL. My main tip for you… STOP RESISTING.

If you are at the end of your rope, feeling like you’ve tried everything, and somehow you always end up feeling like sh*t… “LOST” and lacking direction…it’s time for you to dive deep. This isn’t about you solving a problem, this is about you setting a foundation so that you can be a witness to life while staying grounded. This is about you being aware of who you are. It’s about getting back to appreciating you and showing love to yourself in a new way. This is about bringing awareness to the things that are holding you back and reclaiming your power! This is about the conscious SELF. The part of you that is likely being overlooked due to your self-concept (aka Ego)! Your soul is speaking to you and likely, you can’t ignore it anymore.

My given name is Charlene and I prefer Charliie. I am an Intuitive Life Coach, Spiritual Teacher & Guide, Meditation Practitioner, Reiki Practitioner, New York Attorney, United States Air Force Veteran (Served 2008-2012), and MSW Student. I am a fun, loving, candid, free-spirit, and life learner— whose focus is to live each day with purpose, awareness, authenticity, and TRUTH. I live my life with spiritual principles.

My mission is to help you embrace and live your TRUTH. The work I do as a coach is to help you get past the surface level sh*t and go deeper; get to the root of things. I am all about bringing our awareness to the Divine/God/Source within and helping others to experience that connection themselves. Through that connection, you will find your TRUTH.

Spirituality helped, and continues to help me during my time here at “earth-school.” The information I share with others unless stated otherwise is my knowing; my personal experience.

We are all on this journey, heading to the same place, taking different paths. No one is further or better off; we’re just in different places.

I resonate with the label Spiritual Practitioner and under this umbrella, I live and experience my spirituality. I believe that everyone will connect with the spiritual path that aligns with them. I do not believe that one size will fit all. Whatever Spiritual path speaks to you, you should have the courage to follow it. Spirituality is such a personal thing. I have lived under the label of religion and it has played a major role in who I show up as today. I encourage everyone to respect others’ spiritual beliefs and to continue to pour into their own.

When it comes to spirituality and life, my mission is LOVE. I teach love by being LOVE.

QUALIFIED BEFORE I GOT CERTIFIED !

Although I have taken courses and received certification as a life coach, I WAS QUALIFIED BEFORE ANY OF THAT! What I have experienced during my journey, is that everything I will ever need is already within me, I just need to awaken to it. With that being said, no school or program could have prepared me to do this work more than my own experiences.

I am big on reading and learning, however, I find that experience is one hell of a teacher! How else will I be able to connect with you if all I know is what I learned through reading… in other words, from second-hand knowledge. We know how the telephone game goes…

Therefore, I trust that God and my Guides will align me with those who they know I can guide and support. Those who I can relate with and provide light to. They say when the student is ready the teacher will appear!
